Annual Meeting

Held in June of each year, the Annual Meeting gives members the opportunity to visit with friends, neighbors and PEC employees; to learn more about Price Electric's current initiatives; and to vote for representatives on the PEC Board of Directors. 

The 2025 annual meeting will be Thursday, June 5 at the Phillips High School, 990 Flambeau Ave, Phillips, WI.

If you are a primary resident of district 1, 2, or 3 and are interested in serving your fellow members by being a PEC director, you must follow the nomination petition process.
