Existing Service, New Owners

If you need an existing property changed into a new name, call the PEC billing department at 800-884-0881.

Be prepared with:

  • Service address
  • Name(s) you want on the account
  • Personal information

Note: A soft credit check will be run to determine if your account will have a deposit added.

Member Requested Disconnect

*If you sold or moved out of a residence, please call the PEC office to change the service out of your name.

If you are looking to have your property's electric service disconnected, you will need to submit one of the following:

  • Member Requested Disconnect Form
  • Written note stating you'd like the property disconnected. Include the service address, your name, date and your signature 
  • Email stating you'd like the property disconnected. Include the service address, your name, and date

Note: If the property is disconnected for less than 12 months before you elect to reconnect, you will be back-billed the monthly service availability charges.
