If your meter has no digital display, then your power is out and your need to contact Price Electric Cooperative to report your outage at 800-884-0881.

*A fee will be assessed if a crew is dispatched and the outage is found to be on the consumer-side of the service.

Meter Is Not Blank

If your meter has a digital display, then you have power to the meter and the problem is within your electrical wiring. An electrician will likely need to be called.

First, check to make sure circuit breaker system is not tripped.

Cooperative vs Consumer Repairs

PEC will perform service up to the meter. Any wires from the meter to your buildings are consumer-owned which means they are your responsibility to repair. When this type of damage occurs, it is usually best to contact an electrician.
