Make a Qualifying Purchase

Once you have your rebate item purchased, be sure to save the receipt!

  • Fill out the PEC rebate form.
  • Attach a copy of your invoice/receipt/proof of purchase and make sure it has a date on it.
  • If the receipt has a model or part number on it, that helps PEC verify it's qualification.

Submit documentation within 3 months of purchase to PEC either via mail to PO Box 110, Phillips, WI 54555 or by email at memberservices@priceelectric.coop

PEC Review and Processing

PEC will verify your purchase meets all the requirements and was submitted within the 3-month time frame.

Once verified and processed, PEC will apply a bill credit, or in cases where the rebate is over $500, issue a check for the rebate amount.

Example: If you submit your rebate in October, you would typically see the bill credit reflected on the statement you receive in November, from your October usage.

Energy Guide

vs.

Energy Star

Most appliances come with a yellow card called the Energy Guide, but only the most efficient will include the Energy Star logo. Only appliances with the Energy Star logo qualify for PEC rebates.
