Payment Options

Business hours are 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.  We are located at W6803 Springs Drive, Phillips, WI 54555.

To pay by phone call 1-888-222-2135.  This is an automated pay by phone system.  You can pay by check, credit card or debit card.

PEC offers online payments via SmartHub. Click on the "Manage Account" link on the homepage to access Smart Hub or download the Smart Hub app. The first time you login to the site, you will need to create a user name and password.

  • Sign up for e-billing statements to be delivered right to your e-mail
  • Pay your electric bill via credit card, checking account, or savings account 
  • Set up automatic payments for monthly electric bills
  • Monitor your electric usage and see your usage history

There is no charge for these services, including no surcharge on credit card payments.

You may mail your payment to us (personal check or money order).  All payments are to be mailed to Price Electric Cooperative, PO Box 110, Phillips, WI 54555.

We have a drop box located by the front door of our office which is accessible 24 hours per day.  We are located at W6803 Springs Drive, Phillips, WI 54555.

  • For Checking/Savings Account:
    • Download our Automatic Payment Authorization form and submit it to our office   OR
    • Log into your Smarthub account and click on "Auto Pay Program" (under the Billing & Payments menu) to sign up or to update your auto pay information.
  • For Credit/Debit Cards:
    • Call 1-888-222-2135 and follow the prompts to sign up for auto pay  OR
    • Log into your Smarthub account and click on "Auto Pay Program" (under the Billing & Payments menu) to sign up or to update your auto pay information.

*Auto Pay can be set up with a credit card, debit card, checking account or savings account.  The payment will be withdrawn on the 20th of every month.  No receipt will be sent; proof of payment will appear on your banking or credit card statements.
